Discipline stemming from engineering, management, and international experience combined with a passion for coffee culture and a desire to explore world cuisines. A perspective that has experienced the streets, tastes, and cultures of over 40 countries has become one of the most important sources of inspiration for our brand. The traditional kürtőskalács dessert, discovered in Hungary, Prague, and the Balkans, has become one of the fundamental building blocks that make up SWIVEL's unique texture. Every detail of SWIVEL is the product of a meticulous preparation process spanning over a year and a half. We worked with teams specializing in coffee; recipes were developed with the guidance of baristas holding international certifications. Every method, piece of equipment, and process used in our products was planned with the aim of standardizing quality and providing our guests with a flawless experience. Istanbul's rich coffee culture and the energy of Kadıköy provided the ideal setting for our brand. The desserts prepared at SWIVEL are entirely our own production and are made fresh in front of our guests.
